1.   Flash Usage:

2.   Viewport not configured:

6.   Touch elements too close:

The buttons and the links on your page must be easily tapable by placing them a bit far away from each other to prevent accidental clicks on other links by the users. 48 CSS is the Google recommended size of the main tap targets.

1.   Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test Tool 

This tool examines a page whether it is mobile-friendly or not. This rates the page on the basis of factors like if it is mobile-friendly or not, potential issues, overview of the pageviews by Googlebot. 

2.   Access The Mobile Usability Report in Google Webmaster Tools 

Google Webmaster Tools make the site analyzing process easier. You need to log into your GWT account, go through the Mobile Usability under Search Traffic. Any issues formed will be identified in Mobile Usability Report. Warnings will disappear once the issues are fixed as per the Google recommendations.
